General Question

Question that might help you

First-time visits generally last around 70-80 minutes. Follow-ups are generally about 60 minutes.

Each session is, of course, based on the needs of the client.  But each session will involve some form of manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education, as well as corrective exercises for clients to do at home.

We can explain this best through an example. So, for example, a client comes in complaining of knee pain. We would first talk to the client to obtain a comprehensive history and hopefully determine possible causes and onset. We would then observe the client’s movements and address the issue. This means addressing not only the knee pain but also examining the ankle, hip, core, and upper extremities, to name a few. We pride ourselves in getting our clients better as quickly as possible.

Yes! We are happy to come to you or you can come to us.

We operate as a cash based practice to be able to provide the highest quality of care for each client. Our hands-on, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach is only possible if we are able to provide you with our unqualified attention at each session.

This depends on each client and case, but generally, our clients feel better by the second to third visit.

Yes. While many physical therapy practices schedule multiple visits a week, we usually recommend one visit per week, except in more severe cases. That single session per week is equivalent to 2-3 sessions in many other practices.

Referrals! Our entire practice is referral-based. We do not advertise. We offer referral compensation for each client who refers someone to us!

At this time, we do not have any plans to accept insurance.

We see a broad range of cases, including rehabilitation (post-surgical patients), athletic enhancement (anyone looking to improve their physical potential/capacity), and injury prevention.
